From sweet winter carrots to new spring greens and other great local food in between, this spring share will bring you the best early vegetables from our hoophouses complemented with hearty winter vegetables. The share includes spinach, mesclun, microgreens, lettuce, pac choi, scallions, radishes, green garlic, baby potatoes, onions, spring dug parsnips, carrots, new potatoes and many more! Our Settlervore share includes farm fresh eggs, bread from local bakeries, Vermont cheeses, fruit, farm-made goodies like salsa and pickles and more! Pickups coincide with vegetable share.
A monthly distribution of our premium meats all raised on our farm: 100% grassfed beef & lamb, and pasture-raised pork & chicken. Small and Large shares are available.
You can't beat this wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. Shares coincide with our meat medley pickups and are available in 2 sizes: Small (1lb/month for 4 months) or Large (2lbs/month for 4 months).
Buy vegetable, herb, and flower plants for your garden in a CSA model and receive a 10% or more savings. Reserve the varieties you want and pick them up at our Plant Sale in May.
Our farm participates the NOFA-VT Vermont Farm Share program. This program subsidizes CSA shares for our neighbors who otherwise could not afford to join our CSA. Through the program, NOFA-VT will match each dollar that our CSA raises to offer reduced rates to income eligible individuals and families. NOFA is made possible through your donations.
This share runs mid-February to end of May with pickups occurring every other week. There are 8 pickups total which happen at the following locations (choose one for the season):
