Winter CSA pickups occur twice a month from these locations:

The Farm in Jericho Center, On The Rise Bakery in Richmond, and at

the Burlington Winter Farmers Market.

Share Prices

Winter Vegetable Share:  $385
This share feeds a family of 4 or 2 avid vegetable eaters.

Winter Vegetable Share and Settlervore:  $585
All the great vegetables and more!  The Settlervore includes our eggs,
Vermont cheese, local breads, and a mix of frozen summer vegetables
and berries or pickles from our farm.

Have you ever had a crisp, flavorful carrot in the winter?
How about delicious squash and pumpkin for pumpkin pie
at Thanksgiving dinner? Well you can have these and more:
such as spinach, mesclun, arugula, swiss chard, napa cabbage,
kale, fall cabbage, onions, potatoes, parsnips, garlic, turnips and
beets by purchasing a Winter CSA share.  
Add more diversity
with a Settlervore Share (eggs, breads, cheese, pickles, frozen
berries and summer veggies, plus more local Vermont foods)

Our Settlervore Share to your winter share:

coincides with the Winter CSA twice a month schedule and

includes the following products  from these Vermont farms/folks:

  • DOES LEAP Organic Goat Cheese - OR-
  •  CRAWFORD FAMILY FARM Cow Cheese
  • ON THE RISE BAKERY bread - AND-
  • 1 dozen Jericho Settlers Farm Eggs from free range hens

and in addition one item from the following list (JSF choice): 
Jericho Settlers Farm salsa, jelly, or pickles;
Jericho Honey from famed botanist Hub Vogelmann;
pizza dough from On The Rise Bakery in Richmond,

Apples from Chapin Orchard in Essex, and
frozen berries, sweet corn or summer tomatoes.

OTHER DETAILS...

Large and small shares are picked up on a twice monthly basis from
October through February on a Saturday for Burlington and Jericho.
The Richmond Pickup location (On the Rise Bakery) will be on a
Tuesday.
 
You will get monthly newsletters containing recipes and farm
news plus a recipe booklet with great ideas on how to prepare
your winter bounty.

WANT MORE DIVERSITY? 

Add our Settlers Meat Medley
A share of our farm-raised meats is available during the same time
period by signing up for the Fall/Winter
Settlers Meat Medley. 
The small meat share price is $190, the LARGE share is $335 and
includes a mix of pasture-raised chicken, 100% grassfed lamb
or beef, and pasture-raised pork
.  Settlers Meat Medley
pickups are once per month.
