Enjoy the bounty of our fall harvest with this assortment of fresh organic vegetables. We offer harvest bundles once per month in October, November, and December.  Bundle contents will vary each month, but typically include a wide variety of sweet fall roots like carrots, beets, and parsnips, hearty potatoes and onions, fresh salad greens like baby spinach, mesclun, and arugula, sweet potatoes, winter squash, cabbage, and braising greens, kale, or chard.  A harvest bundle is equivalent to one of our Winter CSA Share distributions and is enough to feed 2 adults or a small family for 2 weeks.  They are perfect for preparing a fall or winter feast and make great gifts!  Pickups occur at our Farmstand in Jericho in mid October, mid November, and mid December.  We are currently accepting orders for pickups Oct. 21, 22 and 24. Purchase is by preorder only - please reserve your Harvest Bundle by 6pm on October 19.
