Once our laying hens have declined in egg production, we process them and turn them into the best tasting stew hens you have ever had. The hen is processed and packaged. All you have to do is put it in a stew pot, add some vegetables and spices to create some incredible chicken soup and soup stock. Add the chicken stock to rice or squash soup for incredible flavor!
