Our lamb is 100% grassfed - no grain, just well managed pasture. Born on our farm, we raise our lambs and process them at 7 to 8 months. The hanging weight ranges from 30 to 45lbs.You will get approximately 50% of the hanging weight in meat cuts. We rotationally graze our lambs on pasture ahead of our chickens. This is a popular meat and one of our favorites. Our lambs produce a lean, flavorful meat that is the centerpiece of any fine meal!
