Our lamb is 100% grassfed - no grain, just well managed pasture. We raise spring lambs, processing them at 7 to 8 months. The hanging weight ranges from 30 to 45lbs. You will get approximately 50% of the hanging weight in meat cuts. We rotationally graze our lambs on pasture ahead of our chickens. This is a popular meat and one of our favorites. Our lambs produce a lean, flavorful meat that is the centerpiece of any fine meal! NOTE: we have a limited supply of lamb this year - order early if you want lamb.

Cost: $7.25/lb hanging weight

What you get: You select the specific cuts you want on the meat cutting form that we provide you. Once your order is processed we contact you and you can pick it up at our farmstand.
