Chicken - Summer 2008: 6 bird Share for $100
During the summer, our pastured chickens are available as a share of 6 whole chickens (including giblets) available fresh or frozen and packaged individually. Our whole chicken ranges from 3 lbs to 5 lbs. Order as many shares as you like. Chickens will also be available for purchase at the farmstand starting in July.

Lamb Fall 2008: Whole Lamb $7.25/lb carcass weight
100% grassfed and finished on our Vermont pastures. We rotationally graze our lambs from spring to fall. Lamb is a customer favorite and sells out early every year. We are raising a limited number of lamb this year - First come-first served. Pay a deposit of $100 to reserve your lamb for 2008.
Pork Always available - 20 lb box of a variety of cuts: $185
Our Heritage Pigs (rare breeds) are raised on pasture year round. They have a diverse diet of pasture, cheese, vegetables, and apple drops. In the winter we feed them Vermont hay, day old multi-grain bread and dairy products. The result is meat with incredible flavor and taste. Once you eat our pork you will never go back to store-bought. We provide pork year round. Stop by the farmstand for some bacon, ham and pork chops!
Beef 20lb box of a variety of cuts: $165
Our Devon-Angus beef are 100% grassfed and finished! No grain at all. The result is lean, tender and delicious meat. This is the best local beef you will eat!

We provide two options for buying local grassfed meats
1. You can purchase a whole or half animal which is processed as
cuts according to your specifications. We require a deposit on each
type of animal you select. You get more great grassfed meat for
your money with this option. See the order form for more specifics.
2. If you don't want a lot of meat you can purchase grassfed meat shares
which include a variety of individually packaged cuts
(steaks, chops, ground, etc.) that total 20lbs.
All farm-raised meats are available for pickup at our farmstand south of Historic Jericho Center, Vermont.

Farm Fresh Eggs (available all year at our farmstand)
The greatest tasting, golden-yolk eggs come from laying hens on pasture. That is where our flock spends their days foraging for insects, grass and grains leftover from the pig pasture. We sell eggs by the dozen and also as an Egg Share during the summer and winter. We have eggs year 'round at our farmstand for $3.75 per dozen.
