100% Grassfed Lamb
Our lamb is 100% grassfed and finished. Born on pasture, we have always raised our lambs only on grass and hay (no grain ever) and process them at 7 to 11 months. We rotationally graze our lambs on well managed pasture, resulting in tender and flavorful meat. We now have many types of lamb cuts and lamb sausage available for purchase at our farmstand.
