100% Grassfed Lamb
Our lamb is 100% grassfed and finished. Born on pasture, we raise our lambs only on grass and hay (no grain ever) and process them at 7 to 11 months. We rotationally graze our lambs on well managed pasture, resulting in tender and flavorful meat. We sell out every year so be sure to place your order early!

A whole lamb hanging weight ranges from 40 to 60 lbs. You receive approximately 55% of the hanging weight in meat cuts. You reserve your lamb with a $100 deposit and we fill reservations in the order we receive them. Lambs are typically available in December of each year, and occasionally in the spring too. We contact you when your order is ready and you pick up your order at our farmstand and pay the balance at that time.
